Payment Process

We're all about keeping things simple and smooth. Here's the lowdown on how we handle payments.

Payment Schedule

You'll get your hard-earned cash on the 25th day of each month. Nice and regular! The time the money takes to be in your account may vary between 2-5 days depending on your bank.

Payment Methods

We're all about flexibility. You can receive your money through:

PAYONEER
WISE
Any bank account in most countries (USD or local currency)
Any US bank account

No-Go Zones: Sorry, no PAYPAL or UPWORK payments. Stick to the cool options we've listed.

Invoicing

Don't forget to send us an invoice by the 15th day of each month. That way, we can process your payment hassle-free. Send the invoice to our Admin Marlon Bustos at marlon.bustos@zagalabs.com.

Catch the deadline

If you happen to miss this upcoming deadline, our payment processing might need to take longer. No sweat, though! Your payment will find its way to you in the following month. So, let's make sure we're all on the same page and keep things flowing smoothly.

Always keep in mind the tax and legal obligations in your country, as it's your responsibility and you should keep them updated and pay them on time.
Remember that we don't pay vacation days. You just need to let us know your time-off plans to enjoy your offline days.
